I played the song in the key of G instead of E because I like the way it matches my vocals. I learned a lot while producing this cover as far as how you can manipulate the chords used in a song without changing the chord tones or integrity of the motiff. I will be uploading a how to play video using this song that demonstrates this theory soon- it will show how changing the key of certain songs can make singing the song easier for the vocalist and the effects it has on how the different chords are changed without changing the structure or tone of the original.
